How often do you change my variables?

Why is my follower growth slow?
Our clients get avg. 20-100+ followers daily. Results may vary from person to person. We are not able to guarantee any results for promotions that you run via our system unless you've purchased Premium. The only thing we would suggest would be to tighten up your targeting for the campaign and improve your content quality.
If you're experiencing less than the avg growth, then please keep in mind that the growth depends on many factors including but not limited to a few reasons below:
- The audience targeted by the variables provided by you are not engaged, not active or fake. Some of your target users may have bought fake followers or their targeting is off, therefore their audience are not engaged.
- Your content, offers don't resonate with the audience you're targeting.
Try to provide useful, interesting or entertaining content on your page about whatever you're promoting. Be clear about your product or service and what it does. For example, you might consider adding reviews that show real opinions from other fans or clients.
- If you have bought fake followers before using Social Uplifted, you may not see the genuine growth provided by us for some time because the fake followers you bought will most likely disappear gradually over time.
Also keep in mind that it may take a few days (3-7 days depending on the quality and age of your account) to warm up your account before we start driving traffic, to keep it safe. You will see the number of followers increasing gradually during and after the warm-up period.
If the quality of your variables are poor, and not getting you the growth quickly, our machine learning system will remove the poor quality sources and find alternatives and keep optimizing your campaign and the results will gradually improve.

Can I use my Instagram during the promotion?
Yes – you may use your Instagram account as you normally would while using Social Uplifted. However, your growth specialists work hard to ensure that your account is performing the necessary actions to maximize your growth, therefore, we recommend that you keep your own engagement (liking a lot of photos) to a minimum, allowing our team to maintain a safe level of engagement for you. Please keep in mind that you might not be able to like, follow, comment from time to time during the promotion.
Can I set my Instagram account to private?
Yes – you may set your account to private. If we find that your privacy is affecting your growth, we may suggest to switch to a public profile. But this is on a case by case basis and typically private accounts do not affect your performance while using Social Uplifted.
Is my plan transferable? May I give it to someone else to use the remaining days?
No. Once a person uses a Social Uplifted plan, all subsequent services are specific to that person and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, simply send an email to: email@example.com with your request. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours.
As a reminder, your service will continue until the end of your billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle ends on the 31st, but you sent a cancellation request on the 15th, even though your subscription will be terminated on the 15th, you will continue to see growth until the 30th. If you’d like to stop the service immediately, please ask your growth specialist to do so.
If you are billed after you sent your cancellation request email, it’s possible that support has not yet processed your cancellation request. Therefore, we will process a refund on any additional billing after you sent your cancellation request.
How many followers I will gain from promotion?
Results may vary from person to person and.it will depend a lot on your niche, content quality and frequency. If you have purchased Premium, we guarantee 1,500 followers/month.
What happens to my followers when I cancel Social Uplifted?
All of the followers you got from Social Uplifted service will always be yours. As long as your followers are fascinated with your account and the activities they find on your account, you can be sure that they would remain afterwards.
Will you unfollow people I'm following?
No, we will only unfollow people that we followed unless you give us a written permission to unfollow people you're following. We recommend keeping the number of users you follow under 1,000. Otherwise, Instagram may consider your account suspicious and restrict your organic reach.
Do I have access to a dashboard?

If for some reason you are not happy with the results, we'll work with you (within reason) to make you happy. Social Uplifted is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods so there are no refunds on any order with the exception of our ebooks and courses.
